Job location: WF3JF Decor decorated my whole house as part of a major renovation and did an awesome job. They even had to redo a few areas where other trades damaged their work, they never complained and just wanted to leave us with a great finish to the house, which they did and some. I have been a painter and decorator for the last 25 years. My many happy customers know me for my friendly attitude, attention to detail and the fantastic finish of my work.
Why choose a professional painter and decorator
My years of experience have allowed me to acquire the best equipment and skills to produce a perfect, durable finish every time. The difference in quality of materials used and initial preparation make huge difference to the end result, my cutting in experience allows for ruler straight edges between walls and ceilings or differences in wall colours.
The customer Journey
1. - Punctuality is a key start to all of my interactions. The initial conversation / quotation will involve discussing your requirements and providing experienced advice if required.
I can work to specific plans or assist with the design process by providing suggestions with colour pallets, and what colours, types of materials will work best for your application.
For painting projects I am more than happy using your own paint or can supply quality products myself.
2. - Once the work has been agreed upon, preparation will begin with the covering and protection of all exposed surfaces not being painted.
3. - Work will then be undertaken to my high level of workmanship with a uniform finish and razor straight and clean lines.
4. - I will walk round with my customers to ensure they are happy with the final product before payment is taken.
Qualifications
My years of training and experience give my customers the peace of mind that I can be relied upon to have the knowledge, equipment and skills to confidently complete all projects to their requirements. I am proud to list the qualifications I have to prove this.
City and guilds LVL 2 – A multiyear course to obtain a professional level of skill
NVQ – A higher level course to add upon the knowledge obtained from my city and guilds training.
IPAF – For exterior and larger industrial projects this allows the operation of cherry pickers and scissor lifts.
Domestic / Commercial / Industrial
Domestic – Interior, exterior, feature walls, window and door restoration.
Commercial industrial – I have experience working with many commercial clients in the public and private sector, I have trusted colleagues I can call upon to assist with larger projects.
Coverage:
I am more than happy to travel nationwide to cover larger commercial projects
£1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance
IPAF qualification - licenced to operate cherry pickers and scissor lifts for larger structures, this equipment can be supplied by myself.
