At a local property we chatted to the builder, Jake Evans. Several months later we phoned Jake. He remembered our chat and he invited us to look at the current bungalow conversion he was doing. He agreed that he could achieve the result that we were aiming for. Three small rooms were made into 1 large kitchen diner. Once he started he was punctual, organised and motivated. The job took significantly less time than other builders had indicated despite the weather November threw at us which included snow & storms. We have no hesitation in recommending Jake and his team. They were fantastic!

Jake and his team completed our extension earlier this year, after I had seen an advert on another build locally. The pricing was competitive and the quote was very detailed. We could not have asked for a better build experience, despite the obvious disruption at home. Jake was punctual, highly organised and provided a high level of craftsmanship. He dealt with building control directly throughout the process making for a well ran project to the highest quality standard. We are so happy with our extension and hope to work with Jake and his team again in the future.

Worked hard good planning tidy

Operated to initially confirmed schedule and quote plus accepted contingencies; arrived regularly and on time; completed each part of the works to a good standard and according to plans. Happy to agree to minor changes as work progressed. Worked well with other trades and Project Manager. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived as arranged and was punctual. Worked throughout the day. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. Cleared and tidied up once finished. Would thoroughly recommend the workmanship.
