We were told to expect the work to take 6 days to a week and the team were done in 4. Comms were great to prep us and the team were professional and punctual. Jet were fast to respond to my query. When Mark arrived he was very pleasant and explained the work which was required given my damp problem. The quote was quick and reasonable. On accepting the quote, a day was given for the work to be done. Brendan carried out the work. He was knowledgeable and thorough and explained each part of the process and what he had done. I had a great experience with Mark & his minions. The job was done quickly, got all work done that was agreed. There was an additional issue with my chimney which was resolved as well.
