Lost all electric due to a faulty wire leading from my electric meter reader. Very fast response to my checkatrade request (less than 5 minutes). Call out fees clearly displayed on business website. All very reasonable. Within 90 minutes of losing all power (early evening), Jet was outside, fixing the fault and restoring my power. Good communication, very polite and personable, professional (knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it) with a very reasonable call out fee. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Jet.
