Jet Locksmiths came to our house to fix a damaged front door lock. He provided an excellent service in 45 minutes.

Left my flat leaving keys inside! Called emergency locksmiths service. Informed that response would be 20 to 30 minutes. Locksmith arrived punctually. Lock needed to be replaced to gain entry. Work undertaken promptly and professionally. The Locksmith was friendly and polite. Very good value for money Certainly a 5 star service highly recommended.

I chose this company based on great reviews, but had a frustrating experience. Julian quoted £170+VAT for a 3-star high-security lock, which I confirmed I wanted. On arrival, he said my existing lock was 1-star and claimed 3-star wasn’t necessary. I trusted his advice and went with the lower spec, but was still charged the full price. Later, I found he installed a £5 1-star Versa lock. When questioned, he changed definitions and offered a refund—then reduced it from £44 to £10, blaming VAT.
