First to respond to my ad. Mark was very prompt and pleasant. Reviewed the job and knew exactly what was needed. Blockage was cleared with 15 mins and all tidied up, very competitive pricing. Would highly recommend and will use again

The drain was completely full of fat. Mark was very pleasant and cleared the blockage within minutes, flushing through the drains to ensure they were clear. Would highly recommend him.

Mark arrived punctually and carrried out the work effectively . He was polite, knowledgeable ,and a tidy worker. Good job done and at a reasonable price.

Jet line services turned up promptly direct from another customer and quickly found the issue using his jetter and cleared the blockage. He then cctvd the drain as this was the second blockage that we had had and confimred that other than scaling the pipe was in good condition. Peace of mind that it wasnt damaged. he left the garden tidy and clean great job 👍

Mark told me over the phone not to worry and that whilst it seemed drastic to me, it would probably be an easy fix. He explained his first hour charge and that if it will take longer than an hour he will explain to me why and what needs doing as well as the pricing after that. He turned up on time (actually slightly early) and had it sorted in no time at all. Very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. I would definitely use him in future for any drainage and also plumbing work required. Thanks Mark
