Phil called minutes after posting, agreed to come round straight away, was pleasant, polite, and efficient. Got straight onto the issue, jetted from the manhole and cleared the blockage after about 15 minutes. Phil is an exceptionally nice man, professional, clearly knows everything about drains. He came at 9 the next day as agreed, unblocked the drain. Our gutters were hanging off, the drain was filled with soil, small bricks - everything that could get down there was there, as the drain cover had rotted. We wondered if there was other damage to the drains. He just dealt with it and at a completely reasonable price. He has all the kit to deal with any drain issues.
