  Outdoor drain unblock

  Absolutely amazing service, we had a company let us down so we reached out to companies on checkatrade...James to the rescue. He was able to come out within half an hour of our phone call and was able to unblock our drain. Very friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend

  Slow draining from bathroom sink , bath, toilet

  James was very quick to respond and come to look at the problem. He gave a time and let me know he was on his way. Very pleasant and helpful. In the event, there was not too much to be done as he found a fairly easy blockage to sort but , as that was quick, he then used the CCTV to check both drainage pipes, front and back ,which was useful and explained where the drains run to. Recommended.

  Unblocking an outside drain

  Excellent service from James - turned up and fixed our blocked drain in minutes - but with the added service of explaining a little more about how the drains were structured so that if the problem reoccurs, I should be able to solve it myself.

  Provide a Water company ‘ “Build-Over” Report’

  The company responded quickly to my request, providing costs and availability within 24hrs We agreed a date for the work to be performed and they attended at the agreed date and time. The work was explained and the CCTV survey performed allowing the report to be generated there and then.
