10 Leaks from neighbour

Jennings provide a very professional, courteous service. We have used them for years and every time they have been excellent. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We recently had a repeat leak from our neighbours and they came late on a Friday night. Their engineers make you feel as if you are in safe hands. Described job to company, told them the toilet cistern couldn't be accessed as it was tiled in so work wouldn likely be able to be done there and then. Said I had to pay for 1hr upfront cost anyway. Plumber was in the properly approximately 3mins and as expected said would need to quote for job and come back and that he wouldn't charge me for the visit, even though I had. Fed this back to company, who sent me an astronomical quote for the works needed and no mention of discounting the hr fee, had to chase several times and said they'd take off the hr fee from quote. Arrived within allotted time of 08.00 to 13.00. Boiler service carried out, no mess, efficient. Very happy with work and would recommend. You do have to pay up front to book, which wasn’t an issue. Office staff helpful and polite. Engineer arrived Tuesday to carry out boiler service, discovered boiler was dangerous and recommended replacement.
