  Cinema Room Transformation

  We used Jenkins Construction to completely remove a tired sitting room and replace it with a modern smart cinema room. The entire project was managed by Jenkins Constructions, they worked with me through the design of the room including outlet and lighting placement, underfloor heating and sound insulation as well as coordinated efforts with our chosen suppliers for audio / video equipment, air-conditioning, flooring, seating and smart home devices. An incredible transformation as part of a whole home extension and renovation.

  Full roof replacement and large extension including solar power

  As part of a large full property extension, renovation and modernisation project, Jenkins Construction completed a full roof extension and replacement including a large solar power array. Working with our existing structural design agency, chosen solar provider and managing local authority planning control activity. They provided consultation and advice during our planning stages and were able to accommodate a number of changes through the project. Carpenters, builders, scaffolders and roofers completed our dream roof on time and to budget while accommodating our work from home lifestyle.

  Removing shed, hallway tiles and laytexing floor

  Cutting away paving slabs and concrete from the front of a wooden building

  Gareth was great from start to finish. While it may not have been a particularly interesting job, the work was done very well in pretty poor weather conditions. Everything was clean and tidy at the end. No problem in recommending Jenkins Construction to other homeowners, and will use again when the need arises!

  Bathroom renovation

  From the initial contact and estimate Gary was helpful and efficient. He kept me informed regarding timings and came to check after hours and at the weekend during bad weather. His team all had excellent attention to detail and problem solving. They worked neatly and cleanly and were always polite, quiet and cheerful. Happy to recommend Jenkins Construction.
