  Awarda and her team are phenomenal. They were on time, very quick and efficient. Reasonably priced. Excellent quality of work. They spotted a couple of extra issues which they fixed at no extra cost. Can't recommend them highly enough!

  This builder is one of the best builder in North London. She done job in my property and she done it like she done her own home and I am really pleased with our team. They’re wonderful people all of them. I really grateful to them what they done in my property, and I will listen they simply that the best.

  Full house refurbishment

  Excellent job done, I got the whole house refurbished from top to bottom. new bathroom , boiler , kitchen , flooring and much more . Great friendly people. Work is very tidy Recommend 100%.

  Dinah and her brilliant army of professional builders have undertaken minor refurbishment

  Dinah has nothing but been an absolute joy to work with, she is very professional and all her builders are extremely hardworking and professional. I am more than impressed by the transformation of the house since I contracted her to commence work. She listens and knows her trade, and very very competitive in terms of pricing fir her work. She does treat her customers as though they are family. She told me once that once she takes on any work, in her mind, she moves into the property so she does the job to the finish she would expect, if she was to physically move and live in the property.

  Fixing my squeaky floors

  I recently bought a property which was much older and had the most horrendous flooring everywhere squeaked, I requested the assistant of Awarda to help me fix this, initially we were not getting the results that I desired. However she ensured me that no matter what the noise will be fixed and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well, it was excellent Customer Service and would highly recommend her service. She consistently insured she came to site to make sure the workers were meeting my required standards and any obstacles we faced she insured to fix it to a high standard.
