    Jim was very helpful when he came to see me , he gave me some great ideas of how I could have my bathroom , he was very patient with me and my ideas and needs. His estimate was very fair. Nothing was too much trouble for him , I can certainly recommend "J.E.M for all your plumbing needs .

    Very polite and courteous, we had a tricky bathroom layout including removing piping and all old water systems. Jimmy was very helpful in explaining what he was doing regarding the works. We are so happy with our finished product and the tiling looks amazing. We defiantly would recommend. Hes also coming back to do other work for us.

    Jimmy from J.E.M. Installations provided a first class service in installing my dream bathroom for a very fair price. Communication was excellent prior to and throughout the job and after explaining the sort of bathroom I wanted, Jimmy was able to source the bath, sink etc needed, continually checking that I was happy. Jimmy built a bath panel from scratch when a suitable one couldn't be found. The job was completed to a very high standard and the finish was perfect including where other trades were brought in. I would highly recommend J.E.M. Installations to anyone.
