Nick kept in touch, was patient in waiting. Turned up to start work on time. Great attention to detail and has finished the job leaving the steps looking great. He’s very polite, reliable and friendly.

Nick was very helpful in sourcing the Sills and getting them made. We''d had a number of others who failed to live up to their promise and disappeared. Not Nick and his team. He stuck with it and got the sills. The team did a great job on fitting them and they look great. Would definitely use his again for future work

JEM construction was employed to carry out multiple jobs on my property. The work would take an age to be carried out then I would have all the excuses under the sun as to why he couldn’t be at the house. His quotes started getting unbelievably high, he would arrive at the house and drop off a young lad, who I later found out was not even an apprentice but unskilled to carry out work on my house. I have paid for rendering to be completed on my house and had 50% finished and my new back door blasted with render and ruined. Plastering incomplete and multiple jobs unfinished. DO NOT GO WITH JEM!

Nick and the team replaced our old fence at the front of the house with a new one built from scratch. The timber was good quality pre-seasoned wood. Since the house is on a gentle slope the uprights were cut to a varying length to suit the slope. Nice gate as well with good ironwork. Looks great.
