  Deep clean - amazing clean, poor comms afterwards

  Eby did a fantastic job cleaning our flat - especially when we were expecting a team of two. Really impressed with what she got done, and what a lovely person! Experience was fab until after the job was done. They sent an invoice- payment due 8 days later, but then hounded me less than 24 hours after Eby left. Multiple calls and texts, which I missed as I was busy. When I queried the fuss, they told me, without any apology or recognition of their error, that they expect payment within 24 hours (still not yet elapsed at that point). I hope they are clear about that, and more polite, in future.

  End of tenancy deep clean

  Excellent professional service. Team did a standout job on deep clean on student flat at end of tenancy. Communication from this team was excellent and took photos after cleaning as I couldn't be there. Highly recommended for professional, hassle free and spotless cleaning service.

  We recently used Jemar for a commercial deep clean, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked professionally throughout, and completed the job to a very high standard. Communication was great, and they were reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. I’d have no hesitation in using Jemar again for future commercial cleaning projects and would happily recommend them to others looking for a dependable cleaning company.
