Lock fitted as requested

Very impressed by service. Explained the issues and fixed them very quickly. Would highly recommend. Front door wasn’t locking, new locks required and issue solved. Gave me enough information to go back to the developer with evidence of issue.

Very quick in responding to the enquiry. Managed to replace a lock quickly and repaired a lock mechanism for an internal door also. Very friendly and completed the work also quickly ensuring everything was in working order before leaving.

I needed a mechanism changed on a door and JE locksmith provided an outstanding service. Joseph was very knowledgeable and very swift. He’s a really nice chap too which is always great. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

Jospeh came by and quoted up the work, and got the new door ordered and installed all within 1 week. The workmanship was of a very high standard and he kept us updated with the process every step of the way. Very happy with the work!

Asked for a quote when they arrived late and were told it was for a quote they initially refused to leave the property and became abusive
