We had a lock that had stuck but Joseph repaired it for us. We also needed another door lock replaced which he did straightaway.

My fond door lock jammed so I was unable to close the door with a key… whole mechanism had to be changed. Joseph is a very efficient and knowledgeable tradesman who offers a professional service, so would recommend him to others in the area and beyond!

Joseph contacted me quickly after I made the request on checkatrade, and we agreed a time and date. He kept me informed of his movements when he was running a little late. Work was carried out with fuss, and to a high standard, and he made sure I was satisfied the new lock was working as expected. I would recommend Joseph, and will be saving his number in case of further lock related needs.

Joseph responded quickly after my Checkatrade post and arranged to visit the next evening to fix our broken front door lock. Despite traffic delays from a previous job in London, he kept me updated and made sure to come as promised. He discovered an issue with the handle too and offered immediate solutions including a new handle or to improve the current one. He did an excellent job repairing both the lock and handle. He was professional and friendly and I’ll definitely use him again.

Very impressed by service. Explained the issues and fixed them very quickly. Would highly recommend. Front door wasn’t locking, new locks required and issue solved. Gave me enough information to go back to the developer with evidence of issue.
