  Rebedding ridge tiles, verges and remortaring a wall

  John was very professional, prompt and polite. The work was completed on schedule and everything was left clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the outcome. There was no pressure for additional work, although I did ask for further quotes given the standard of work I was seeing. I would happily recommend to others.

  Repair to garage roof

  John and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations to solve a leak in my garage. Outstanding service. I could ask for no more and would call them without hesitation if any other work is ever needed.

  Chimney Repair

  We had water ingress around the chimney into the loft. Called several companies for a quote all with different views on how to stop the ingress. John gave us the best solution to the problem with the most work involved for the best price! We couldnt argue. The work was carried out within a very good time period and the guys turned up at the exact time as agreed. The leak was stopped apart from a small area where water was coming in from the neighbouring property. John promptly came back to look at the problem and despite not being the original quoted job promised to complete free of charge!

  Flat Roof Updated

  I have had work completed on the main roof by John previously and had no hesitation in contacting him for a new resin flat roof and flashing on the extension. John is very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on the material to choose for the replacement roof. Everything left nice and clean, the team were very respectful of our property. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.

  Roofing repairs

  The roof work carried out by JDV Roofing and Maintenance over two days was of the highest standard, replacing numerous ridge and roof tiles, repointing and carrying out all the necessary repairs of gullies etc. John and his team were invariably courteous, friendly, and very efficient. They cleaned up the work areas and guttering with great care and attention to detail. A most professional job and we have no hesitation at all in recommending JDV Roofing and Maintenance - excellent team-work.

  To install breathable felt membrane around chimney as discussed and re-seal lead flashing.

  We highly recommend John and his team. John's quote was very fair. The work was carried out to an excellent standard. They left the work area clean and tidy. They were all polite and respectful. As a good will gesture, they re-seated a missing roof tile and cleared the gutter along the front of the house. Our neighbour who was a project manager for a large building company commented on the high standard of work.
