    Removal of external metal fire escape in Hove - highly recommend!

    Excellent work, incredible value for money, and lovely polite brothers (family business) -who tidy up after themselves! We got a quote from JDS to have our metal external fire escape removed after a horrendous quote via our property management company. It was a fraction of the price, and they were happy to go through the paperwork and checks that the managing agent required. They were quick, worked hard, and did an incredible job, even finding left over patio stone and making it look like it had never been there (without me even asking). I highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!

    Dan and James recently carried out some building work for us and we are very happy with the results. Before the job began, Dam came out multiple times to check everything over and make sure all the plans were spot-on, which put our minds at ease. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and Dan kept us fully updated, answered all our questions, and was always friendly and approachable. The workmanship is top quality, and they were very clean and tidy throughout the job. Everything was completed to a high standard and would recommend to anyonr

    Great family metalwork business

    JDS did a fantatic job fitting garden stair railings at our property. They had to reuse a few original balustrades, create some new ones and increase the height of the overall structure to meet building regs. They also recast a missing finial at the front of the house to match exisiting ones. JDS were polite, professional, very tidy and the railings look beautiful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great family business.

JDS Welding is a small, family run business with over 40 years of experience. We believe our expertise is second to none. We deal with the general public and commercial contracts on an everyday basis. No matter what size job you have we will help in any way we can to satisfy your needs. Our commercial contracts include local council, water industries and heating and ventilation companies. We have a fully equipped workshop and have a site service van to deal with any fabrication and welding work required. We now pride ourselves on restoration work on cast iron railings and gates etc including specialist welding processes. We have now invested in a state of the art Ac and Dc welding plant so we can now repair aluminium wheels , aluminium gear boxes , engines and aluminium motor cycle parts. We can offer zero rated VAT on registered disabled status for certain jobs.We can also offer discount on VAT to customers who have over 60 year old status on certain jobs. Our workshop is situated at Small Dole, Unit 9g, Golding Barn Industrial Estate, Small Dole, Henfield Road, BN5 9XH.
