  Replacement of several valves and rebalancing of heating

  Following our initial enquiry, James was very quick to get back to us. He came to visit our property and spent a lot of time assessing the problem and discussing options we hadn’t even considered. He provided a quote quickly and scheduled the work in at short notice. On the day of the works, James arrived on time was meticulously tidy and completed the work to a very high standard. Our heating system is working efficiently once again. I would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone and would definitely call him should I need any plumbing work in the future.

  Leak fixing

  We called James for some advice and help with a leak (toilet). James came by and gave a very reasonable quote. He then carried out the work a couple of days later and solved the issue. We found another leak (radiator) and of course knew we could rely on James to help us. He visited again and fixed the new leak. James is reliable and fair, communication is excellent. Will use again when needed and would definitely recommend.

  We had an urgent plumbing problem to sort out and we gave James a call. He attended promptly and dealt with the issue and he was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James for any plumbing needs.

  New shower tray

  Excellent service from start to finish. James removed our old bath, installed a new shower tray, rerouted the pipework under the floorboards, and fitted a new pump. Everything was completed on time, within budget, and to a really high standard. Very impressed with the results — highly recommend!

  I have used JDS Plumbing on a number of occasions. James has always proven reliable, punctual and thorough. Most recently he carried out a fairly complicated shower installation for use with a heat pump, which involved a fair amount of research and planning. As always he did a great job, on time and on budget. Highly recommended.
