  James was excellent. Gave a rapid assessment of the job and suggested a workable solution. Gave an approximate estimate of the time needed for the job. I was very happy to agree there and then and the work was completed to a high standard well within the estimated maximum duration. Very polite. Respected the property. Tidied up impeccably.

  Replacement of several valves and rebalancing of heating

  Following our initial enquiry, James was very quick to get back to us. He came to visit our property and spent a lot of time assessing the problem and discussing options we hadn’t even considered. He provided a quote quickly and scheduled the work in at short notice. On the day of the works, James arrived on time was meticulously tidy and completed the work to a very high standard. Our heating system is working efficiently once again. I would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone and would definitely call him should I need any plumbing work in the future.
