Douglas had very good communication and never stopped trying to get things right for us. We found it tricky to make our minds up on some design choices, Douglas guided us where we wanted it and never pushed us for anything. The patio has now been completed and it’s has transformed the garden. If we need any work in the future, we will for sure be using JDS landscapes

We’re absolutely thrilled with how our garden turned out. Right from the start, Doug really took the time to get to know what we wanted—he came over for an in-person chat, walked around with us, and paid attention to every detail. Honestly, his advice and careful planning made us feel like we’d picked the right person from day one. Now that it’s finished, the garden is even better than we hoped. Every part of the design looks incredible, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Doug and his team worked hard the whole way through. They were always professional and polite, kept everything tidy.
