Jamie was pleasant, prompt and well prepared. He communicated clearly and was able to turn his hand to all tasks - plastering, painting, plumbing to a high level of quality. He isn’t fazed when problems present but finds a way round. Excellent quality of work and a clean bright new bathroom. Would recommend highly.

Overall a very good experience

We’re absolutely delighted with the work Jamie did refitting our bathroom and WC. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout, and he kept us updated at every stage. The quality of the finish is outstanding — everything looks fantastic and works perfectly. Jamie was also brilliant at problem-solving when unexpected challenges cropped up, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.
