Jeremy was excellent, friendly and diligent. When he found that the dishwasher was beyond repair he didn’t charge a call-out fee, and I was very happy to book him in to install the replacement and to take his advice on which model to buy. He responded quickly to messages, and worked hard to make sure everything was installed neatly

I had a great interaction with Jeremy he solved our issue in under an hour! polite respectful and really knows his stuff! Definitely going to use him again if anything else goes wrong! Also he keeps you in the loop.

Jeremy helpfully investigated the issue and made a recommendation as to the problem. As the appliance was not available from the high street he suggested it was far easier for me to obtain the part and said he would be more than happy to fit when it arrived. He then identified the part number and provided a link to the website so it could be ordered. I was hugely impressed that he had researched the appliance and identified the best way to achieve a fix. Great service and I will most definitely use JDP toinstall the part when it arrives. Thanks again for your guidance and time.

Jeremy contacted me promptly and arranged a time to come round. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he thought the problem was and fixed it. He offered to return without further charge for labour if a replacement part turns out to be needed. I haven’t had a chance to use the oven since but Jeremy demonstrated it working so I am hopeful it will be ok.
