I was given James’s number as a recommendation from a neighbour, who had used his service before. I called a few plumbers in the area as I was looking to get the lead pipe in our house replaced. James was by far the most responsive and gave great advice over the phone. When he arrived, he demonstrated vast experience as he quickly got to work and solved the problem without issue. He was able to provide a very cost efficient solution and worked quickly and cleanly. I thoroughly recommend using his services because he was honest, reliable and the quality of his work is great. 10/10!

James came to site to review work and provide a quote. He was professional and helpful+ the quote was reasonable compared to digging a long trench and getting water board approval as he can self certify the installation. The work was completed very quickly and certification followed immediately on payment. I would recommend JD Moling to anyone looking to replace their old lead water main.

James, is a vigilant and hardworking engineering. We had a difficult and custom ‘moling’ project, but James tackled it with gusto and enthusiasm. JD Moling pipe tunnelling equipment is very efficient and gets the job done in half the normal time with a lot less mess!

The guys replaced our mains water pipe and replaced the old lead pipe. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend!

From the first meeting to having the works carried. James and his team were very knowledgeable and always willing to assist and offer sound advice on the install that is not always obvious. Once the works were quoted and agreed, the time slot to undertake was booked with arriving promptly and carrying out the work with courtesy and professionalism. The paperwork was released promptly, which allowed me to engage with the planning department of my utility water supplier to agree the next steps toward replacing my lead water main.
