Jack was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the whole job, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was always punctual and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly, working meticulously and paying great attention to detail. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was working perfectly and made sure I was completely happy with the result.
