Jordan came to look at the roof and gave me a quote very quickly, he definitely knew what he was talking about, so I was confident that he could carry out the job. He managed to fit me into the company’s busy schedule (before it rained again!) was in contact on the day to let me know the timings and did a great job.

The quote was reasonable so went ahead. Work was completed and appears to be a reasonable standard. Invoice was received same day, requesting payment straight away even though there was no agreement when booking the job that payment would be same day. There were issues with the bank so I requested they ring with confirmation of bank details having been the victim of invoice fraud previously. This seemed to cause issues, and took a while to sort, all the time being sent reminders/phone calls to pay the invoice. Felt really pressured to pay asap. No receipt provided despite repeated requests.
