From start to finish Dan and his team were a joy to work with! Very reliable, professional and as we were still living in the property whilst the works were going on, they left it tidy at the end of each day. Will definitely be using JD again for any future works.

Dan and his team carried out a full house renovation which consisted of a complete rewire and re-plaster of the whole house, including new ceilings and replacement flooring. A new Kitchen, Bathroom and feature Staircase were also expertly fitted. Outside lights, power and lighting to garage were also added. All the required changes were discussed at the start and as the renovation progressed, overcoming many challenges that evolved during the renovation. The work was carried out professionally, to a high standard and would happily recommend ‘JD Electrical and Building Ltd’ for any future work.

Dan and team were fantastic - fitting all the lighting, electrics and flooring, as well as some extra internet and HDMI connections for my AV set up. Quick and quality work - will definitely use them again.

Dan and his team brought my vision of an open-plan downstairs living area to life. I am delighted with the results - even better than I had imagined. Dan offered advice and thought about small details I had not even considered. Major work was completed according to schedule and was performed to a high quality. The flooring provided by a different company was delayed and after the installation, Dan's team came in at the weekend and worked late so the finishing touches would be ready for my daughter's birthday party. A big thank you to all involved - highly recommended!

What a refreshing company! Dan and team have been absolutely first class throughout, from our original discussion through to the very end. Dan is very personable and went to lengths to advise, support and ensure we were happy with our kitchen and living room refurbs. Despite battling with the inevitable covid challenges, we felt very reassured by measures taken to protect our family and the work was completed professionally with great communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and we’re so happy with the finishes and work completed. I really can’t recommend this company enough.
