    Blocked man hole on driveway.

    I called them to unblock my drain they advised me that someone would be with me within the hour. Not even an hour went by and the engineer turned up and unblocked my drain within about 15 mins great company highly recommended.

    Sh*t everywhere busting out of multiple manholes!!! Not for long though! Quick service and cheap!

    Jack and Aaron were fast and efficient at unblocking my drains, the drive was absolutely covered in foul waste when they turned up, an hour later it was spotless!!

    Drain clearing under sink

    Very good experience, starting with helpful and polite phone call and culminating with Jack coming out at the earliest availability. Slightly tricky issue but Jack worked quickly to try and minimise our costs and advised us honestly about future work we should consider. Would use again

    Shocking Customer Service

    We used JD Drainage last year - the jetting cost of £140+VAT/30 mins was shocking - estimated £8000 to repair a pitch belly! We asked them to return to inspect our storm drains. The engineer was rude and told us we had an attitude problem - in front of my wife because we just wanted a downpipe unblocked. He lost his temper several times and refused to attend without a 2nd expensive survey. He said it was our fault our gutters were blocked. They just wanted to charge for a second expensive survey - he even slammed the phone down—shocking customer service and alienating an existing customer.
