  Prompt, friendly and efficient service

  My integrated fridge/freezer stopped working and I was unsure whether I needed to replace it or whether it could be repaired. Jay arrived promptly and confirmed that a replacement would be a better option. He was able to source a new replacement quickly and fitted it within 48 hours, also arranging disposal of the old one. I was kept up to date along the way by Leanne. All in all, the service was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and Leanne.

  American Fridge Freezer Repair

  The fridge portion of my fridge/freezer broke. Jay came out on the Thursday, quickly found the cause and had the parts on ordered ready to fit by the following Tuesday. On both days I was given a 2 hour time slot where Jay would arrive and in both cases he was here when he said he would be. He was polite and friendly through out, explaining with complete transparency what needed fixing - even demonstrating the broken part after he replaced it. Great service through out.

  Fridge/freezer replacement

  My fridge/freezer was working but only just. I had been unable to find a new one as the space for it was very limited. Jay was able to advise it would be more to repair than to replace and was able to source and fit a new one very quickly at a very reasonable cost. This is the second time Jay has repaired/replaced a kitchen appliance for me. I would definitely recommend Jay and Leanne at J D Domestics as being reliable, friendly and professional.

  Siemens washing machine repair

  After a brief description of the fault , Jay arrived with the parts to repair our aging Siemens washing machine , he new exactly what the problem was and had it fixed quickly , the cost was explained fully before starting the job so no hidden charges and the cost was very reasonable I recommend JD DOMESTICS and I would not hesitate to use them again
