  We had an excellent service from James. He provided his quote on time, replied to messages, turned up when he said he would and did a good job finishing off various roofing work (which included the dry ridge system, slating, fixing a valley and replacing a broken soffit). He kept us informed the whole time, and was professional and polite. We particularly appreciated that James made the time before the job started to pop by and ensure our roof, which was partly tarpaulined, was watertight. Overall, we would highly recommend.

  was able to recommend cost effective repairs & did not suggest more than was required. Repairs undertaken have sorted the previous issues we had. Very courteous and tidy. just a hic-up over sending text to wrong number. Would be happy to use JDB again should need arise.
