  James (Jim) was very good - professional but friendly. He was quick to respond and realised what was needed. He arrived promptly to roll back our carpet being careful to check what we wanted. He kept in touch and came back when requested to refit the caroet. A very good service and I would recommend him. Will definitely keep his details for further reference.

  Great experience from the start to finish. Huge range of carpets to choose from to suit your needs and budget. Great communication and speedy ordering process and fitting. I highly recommend Jim and will be back to get more rooms done soon.
