John and his team have just completed work on damp proofing work in our house. Throughout the whole process from initial contact to completion of work we couldn't have been happy with the work. We were kept informed of progression of work and John was happy to answer any queries we had. The work involved was obtrusive and pretty messy, but John's team tried to minimise the impact and were unfailingly cheerful and polite and it was a real pleasure to have them in the house. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

John and his team renewed three inaccessible dormer roofs and replaced all existing guttering. I am very pleased with the finished product which has significantly improved the weatherproofing and appearance of the property. John scoped and priced the work, agreed acceptable timescales and delivered to budget. We were kept informed at all times and our approval was sought at the end of each phase of the project. No surprises and the team went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard. I will use JCW again should the need arise. Thoroughly professional.
