    Wonderful experience with JCU Cleaning from start to finish, Alex on the phone was extremely transparent about all the details, we had confirmation of everything on our email and our mobile, The lads who turned up were professional, polite and delivered outstanding results! No need to replace the carpets, I will certainly have these in again, the carpets were also fully dry by the time they left! Couldnt recommend anymore, 10/10, thank you JCU Cleaning!

    3 storey house top cleaning job

    So lucky that JCU could fit a for clean in so quickly. Polite, helpful and efficient. We live in a 3 storey town house and no problem pumping the cleaning fluid up to the top and giving the carpet a thorough clean. The machine itself sits outside the house and is a powerful beast. Top clean and highly recommend.

    The whole experience from making a contact for a quote to the work being completed was first class and professional. Lewis arrived and reviewed and completed the cleaning of carpets and rug in a professional manner. He was friendly, professional and I can recommend the company in delivering a 5 star service

    We had Alex and Lewis here today to clean our lounge and dining room carpets and wow what a great job they did. From my first interaction with Alex to when they left they were a pleasure to deal with. The carpets have come up a treat, pet stains gone, and the carpets smell like new. A great service and we would definitely recommend and use again.
