Lewis the carpet cleaner arrived when he said he would, examined what needed cleaning, told me exactly what he would be doing, how long to expect for the carpets to dry. Lewis cleaned 4 areas of carpet the lounge, hall, stairs and landing, the result was amazing all areas look like new again. My sons comments were WOW.
