Absolutely brilliant plasterer. The quality of the work was excellent from start to finish — incredibly smooth finish, clean edges and real attention to detail. They arrived when promised, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work, and the finished result has completely transformed the room. Professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Repaired two holes in the plasterboard in our hallway. Was easy to organise a time and was very reliable.

As a first-time buyer with no trade experience, I was nervous about not knowing what I needed. Jamie was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to explain my options, make recommendations and talk me through the quote. Communication was excellent, he was punctual and did exactly what he said he would. Jamie and his team clearly take pride in their work - the finish is amazing, smooth as glass and they left everything clean and tidy. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be having Jamie back to complete the rest of my house!

We received an excellent service from universal plastering when they plastered our bathroom, kitchen and front living room, the work was done to the highest of standard standards it was left clean and tidy and the communication was always done on the highest level.
