We had a very complex balcony and decking with steps to a first floor which had dry rot and very slippery and dangerous whenever it rained. The wood was dark and gave a poor impression externally of a home that has won an Architectural award when it was first built. Charlie, Matt and Harrison all persevered with the project and endured Storm Amy on one day in carrying out some works. Initially the project was not thought to be that involved however, JC Spiers Ltd discovered dry rot had permeated all beams and returned to ensure full safety and now it all looks No1 once again safe and smart.

This is the second project that JC Spiers Ltd have carried out for us and we have been very pleased with the outcome of both. We would recommend this company for all landscaping requirements and would certainly employ them again.

Charlie, Harrison and the team did a wonderful job landscaping my back garden. The results speak for themselves, Patio, Turf and Decking. Would highly recommend these guys, Thanks again for all your help

Excellent job did as required, on time

Our garden was in desperate need of a full renovation, after checking on Checkatrade i came across Charlie Spires. After arranging a meeting to quote on the job, Charlie came around to quote on the job. Charlie helped us figure out the best use of the space and how best to achieve the results we were after. With the quote and start time agreed, we then waited for day 1. When it came, the work force arrived and work began. The team worked well and was always kind and happy to answer any questions we had. The final finish was exactly as described and any odd jobs that popped up were done.

Charlie Spears did a great job removing all the rotten turf off my back garden and replacing it with first a membrane then shingle. He is a very pleasant, hardworking and trustworthy young man.
