  Exceptional experience from JC Secure Systems - friendly, professional & knowledgeable

  Had an exceptionally good experience with JC Secure Systems. My alarm developed a fault so I needed someone to come out quickly. I did a google search and chose JC based on their excellent checkatrade score and reviews. i logged a call and Jon called me back within about 20 minutes. He explained my options and was able to get to me in under an hour. The callout charge was very reasonable and included fixing the immediate issue, plus he was happy to offer impartial advice on upgrading the alarm. Jon was friendly, professional & very knowledgeable - I highly recommend JC Secure Systems.

  Turned up on time, made good suggestions to give the best possible results, after accepting the quote, the job was completed to a good standard about a week later. Very accommodating and helpful with set-up information.

  Replacing old alarm system with new. Installation of extra sensors

  Excellent work by JC systems. They have managed our old alarm system and kept it going but at 30 yes of age the time came to install a new one. JCS provided a competitive quote and did the work within a few days of us accepting the quotation. Work was done speedily, work area was kept clean and tidy. Installer was respectful of our house and need to keep doors closed due to our dog. All in all very happy with JCS

  Replacement of existing hard wired alarm system

  Painless experience from start to finish. JC were originally contacted to sort of a fault on the original system. That proved both difficult to find new parts and uneconomic to repair. I was quoted for a new system with the repair call out fee deducted. Whilst I was happy to wait until after Xmas it could have been fitted much earlier. Jon arrived on the day of fitting on time. Installation was done professionally and with no mess. Tuition for the new system was easy to understand. Highly recommended.

  Great company. first class workmanship. very neat an tidy. Nothing was to much trouble for this Engineer if your looking for new alarms or cctv I would highly recommend these boys for sure.
