Contacted quickly and Darren came out the next day to assess the job and quote. He then called the following week to arrange for the job to be done. He came out when he said he would and he and his colleagues did the work to a high standard.

Every aspect of the work carried out was very professional and seemingly of a high standard. Communication with J&L Roofing was open and honest making me feel self assured and dispelling any doubts or reservations i may have had.

Due to high winds a few of our tiles had slipped out of place and caused a small gap in the roof which allowed rain water to trickle down into the loft. I had put the requirements on Checkatrade with a picture for the job and brief explanation. Within the hour, Darren and his team had called, explained the situation and was booked in the next working day. They called an hour before to let us know when we can expect them. On arrival they assessed the loft, the entire roof - not just the job they was here for and also gave future recommendations after they had completed the work. Thank you!

JC roofing was great. Darren was communicative and did great work. He sorted out our chimney troubles, and gave our roof a once over while he was up there. He even helped me carry a heavy load of firewood in, which I really appreciated. We’ll definitely be contacting them again. Thanks so much!

Reliable, efficient, friendly, down to earth and respectful. Explained what materials they were using and what they were doing. Took care and left no mess. Happy with the overall price. Only two improvements would be to take the waste with them rather than having me dispose of it and a bit more clarity on the price prior to completion of the work. However these wouldn't stop me using them again. These will be my first port of call for any further work.
