Very detailed quote using ladders and a drone to create a quote for the works to be carried out. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend John and his team. The replacement slates were cut at our property and are a perfect match to our Victorian damaged slates. All debris etc was disposed of by John.

JC Roofing carried out a full roof replacement/retile for us over the last few weeks after we discovered the previous old and poorly installed roof leaking. They initially did the main roof structure, but they did such a good job that we had them come back to do the garage/extension roof as well. They always arrived on time and worked really hard to get the roof waterproofed during some less than ideal weather conditions. The end result looks fantastic and we are confident the roof will stand the test of time. JC Roofing also did our neighbours roof a few weeks earlier, and they look seamless.

We needed a renovation on the chimney stack and flashing, as well as work on the ridge tiles. They were prompt, with good communication, very tidy and carried out the work on schedule. Good guys.

John and his team are very impressive - John came out initially to quote for the job , and kept us informed of his expected time of arrival; he was courteous and helpful and provided a timely detailed written quote which was very reasonably priced. On the day of the job, Lewis and Eddie arrived on time , worked really hard and were so pleasant and helpful, and very professional. Later John gave us a coutesy call to check we were happy with the job (we were). We willl be calling on JC Roofing for some additional roofing work in the future plus gutter replacement- brilliant!

Friendly, professional, brought drone to photograph roof before giving a quotation. Explained source of problem, suggested and discussed solutions, identified other small problems. Gave a swift, very reasonable quotation later amended when we chose to add bird spikes. Worked hard and efficiently with his team, removing moss by hand and then spraying. Took photographs afterwards and explained the small mends made to loose and cracked tiles without trying to charge extra. Removed and disposed of redundant TV aerial. Would definitely recommend.
