In order for possible future solar panels I wanted the aerial removed, repairs to the coping, a check of the tiles, cleaning moss and lichen from both sides of the roof, work to the chimney, and a treatment to prevent any future build up. Jason responded to my emails, answering my questions and providing me with various options and prices.. There was no pressure for me to go for a particular option. They came on time and the work was carried out as arranged. I was shown photos of the work once it was completed. The bill was as quoted. I am extremely happy with the work. The roof looks great!

Jase and his team were great. They were friendly, approachable and explained everything really well. The communication was great and they sent pictures of the progress of their work as I wasn’t at the property myself. The work looks amazing, very clean and of good quality. No rubbish was left after. Would definitely recommend!

I asked JC Property Maintenance to take a look at the flat roof over the dormer conversion on my bungalow. I did this because I had absolutely no idea how old it was (minimum estimated age was 30-40 years but could have been 50 years old) and was concerned that it might fail at some point in the future. Jason went up onto the roof. He couldn't find any signs of damage to the roofing but I asked him to quote me for it's replacement so that I would avoid any future emergencies. He also quoted, as requested, to repair frost damage on some chimney brickwork. I accepted and we agreed a date

Excellent communication from Jase, came within a few days and repaired the leak on the same day. Showed me what work was carried out and everything that was done. Highly recommended to use in the future.

Needed a roof repair after months of an unnoticed leak. Called JC and knew I was going to go with him from then. Communication and understanding was top. Clear, supportive. Broke my job into two so my roof was repaired swiftly and then tackled the moss removal and clean shortly after. Easy to discuss things with, helpful, guided me on what was required and the work was done to top notch quality. Pics before and after and a lovely clean up. I don't think I will have roof troubles again, but if I do, J C Property Maintenance will be who I call!

From the first time I contacted them they were polite, professional and quick to get me booked in. They arranged for the scaffolding to be done on the Friday and came on the Monday to do repairs and the scaffolding was removed on the Tuesday morning. I was very impressed with the whole service and cannot recommend them enough. Well done. 👏👏👍🏻
