Great quality of work from John, needed skirting boards and architraves fitting around door frame. The plasterer had left a bit of a mess but John managed to finish the door and skirting to an excellent standard. Very fair price and quick turn around. Would highly recommend.

John was fantastic! He was professional, responsive, and always quick to reply. He completed the work exactly as agreed and in a timely manner, all for a very reasonable price. He turned up on time, was reliable, and did a great job. I also really appreciated how considerate he was of the space, any mess, and even my pets. I’ll definitely be using him again for future work. I contacted JC Property Maintenance through Checkatrade as they had good reviews. My initial ideas were discussed and quoted for and I found both John and Adam approachable and helpful. During our chats they both made great suggestions as to various materials that could be used, useful as i had no knowledge of these things. I changed the initial specifications and I am so glad I did as the finish I now have is lovely and much better than my original idea. I would recommend them to anyone as despite having to deal with awful weather, initially, they have delivered a beautiful garden.

John has done a few bits for us in the past and will always be our first port of call if we ever need anything doing in the future! Very flexible and happy to adapt to changing ideas whilst on site and also offering ideas on what would look good too! Driveway looks great and exceeded our expectations! Very friendly, courteous, tidy and all round top bloke…!

Engaged to replace a shed roof but then also asked John and Adam to carry out some fencing work and rebuild a garden wall. All work carried out tidily and to a good standard. Good communications throughout and very polite and friendly. I will use John and Adam again and I am happy to recommend them to others.
