  Jake is a great lad, his work ethic is outstanding, and he gets on with the job in hand. His knowledge of plumbing is second to none. His time-keeping and communication/politeness is awesome, and he cleans up better than I do. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Our bathroom looks brilliant. Thanks, Jake.

  Jake sorted my broken bathroom basin, finding and fitting a lovely replacement within 7 days. He did this promptly, with attention to detail and in a calm and efficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Jake, his work is excellent.

  We have used Jacob on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions we have been really pleased with the service and his work. Jacob is personable, knowledgeable and responsive. He is professional and his work is completed to an excellent standard. We will use him again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

  Very responsive and well organised visit with good counsel on the next steps needed to solve the issue, plus a short term fix. The cost was £150 (inc VAT) for a call out less than one hour, which I felt was as a little excessive.

  shower problem

  Jake worked out why we had a problem with the temperature on our shower he bought a part and fixed this. We asked him to replace the shower with similar and he found us a compatible one at a very reasonable price. He communicated well and came to fit new shower has arranged. We are very pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend. We will certainly use for future plumbing work!
