We called up JC to do a garden tap and silicone for our bath at very short notice. Both of them are really lovely people and you can definitely tell that they take pride in their work. Joe did an absolutely cracking job with our bath. It’s great using a plumber with someone in the office to take calls. Carol was super helpful and flexible as well as patient with all our questions. Joe the plumber could not have been nicer and did the work quickly and without fuss. Joe returned to sort out some new problems for me, and did so ably. This time it was a stubborn tap that just wouldn't come off, and a fiddly cistern 'innards' in a toilet with built-in mixer tap on the roof. He made short work of the jobs.Verified reviewerJob location: CT1- MMartin D
