I am really pleased with the work done by JCB Heating. Their communication and customer service was fantastic and the job was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

Very quick, good communication

I just moved into a 1960s house which had no electrical safety documentation at all, with a lot of extra wiring and boards added over the years, many of which had mislabelled switches - quite a big task but Richard did a superb job tracing the wiring and verifying the safety, identified a bunch of loose and poorly-fitted wiring, as well as confirming my previous suspicion that one of the boards was unsafe too - good communication as he explained everything he found; will definitely be asking him back in a couple of weeks for the remedial work. Nice bloke and a job well done, thanks!

Initial quote given before attending. Time agreed to visit, which was kept to. Checked heater operation, removed from wall and stripped down. Found to be intermittent fault. Offered solution of replacement and gave quote for this. Both the electrician and the lady in the office were pleasant and courteous.

Professionalism from start to finish. Got a text with a link showing where Paul was when he was on the way, he did a really top job of the work and I couldn't be happier. Very reasonable price too, would definitely recommend.

I had struggled for a couple of weeks to find someone who would do the job and had been let down by another plumber- I should have gone to JCPB Heating in the first place! Ashley from JCPB came out the same day and a new pump was fitted in an hour, and for less than other places who had quoted. Ashley was friendly, efficient and obviously took pride in his job & the company he works for. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
