Carlos was very reliable and came to do both jobs when he said he would while giving me as much information as I needed to make my decision to go with him and updating me as well with what needed to be done. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction and demonstrated Carlos's versatility. The outdoor job involved removing a lot of debris, Carlos took photos for me so I could see he had done a good job, he also cleaned some guttering so he brings added value.
