  I had JCM roofing come over to change some ridge tiles and a few tiles, was brilliant and fast service , the lads were friendly 100 percnt would recommend again

  Difficult to recommend JCM roofing

  Had a quote to repair garage roof leak. Having started, they said the whole roof needed replacing, stating This happens all the time. The new quote was 5 times the original. Due to heavy rain we had to accept! When roof was finished, but while they were here, we saw a broken door cill, they had said nothing. Before the cill was repaired we had 6 phone calls chasing for payment. After many WhatsApp messages to them with no reply, when I mentioned CheckerTrade I received a quick reply. The cill was then repaired. Ridge end was poorly finished and several attempts were made to rectify this.

  Hi Richard, sorry you feel this way, the tile was a very rare tile to get. I did say to you we had to wait a little while. The main concern for us was to make sure the roof was water tight due to the very bad weather we had at that time. The only thing we could do was put a different color tile just so rainwater couldn’t get in until we got the right color tile. we did repair the door cill straight away.   Chimney demolition and roof repair

  Arrived promptly to perform the chimney demolition ( as was causing a leak) and carried out the work as agreed and made good the roof exactly as agreed Team were polite , extremely hard working and left the site in a very clean and tidy condition , Jimmy the site manager was very attentive and was on site through the day to answer any questions ect The work was at a competitive price as well

  Quick efficient and clean

  Work carried out quickly and efficiently. The need for rendering as well as repainting was identified as necessary and carried out for no extra charge. We had to wait for dry weather but the roofers were able to start as soon as it was dry enough.

  Chimney repointing and flaunching
