  Toilet replacement in Edwardian house

  The job entailed fitting a new toilet in old house. James’ tenacity ensured the job got done and we even managed to solve the mystery of where the main stop cock was as the house has multiple stopcocks. James key strengths is his determination to do a quality job, his communication skills ( I always knew what he was doing and what materials he needed to get), he always involved me in any decisions with clear options. Overall prompt, efficient, professional, friendly and polite manner. Will be first point of call for future plumbing jobs.

  Professional, Responsive with fair and reasonable quotes

  James was great; responsive and quick to follow up on the job of removing old radiators. I had a few of other companies and locals reaching to quote for the job but they weren’t as competitive and competent as James. Now that I’ve met him, I have a couple others jobs that he’ll be coming back to do, like installing the new radiators and changing some taps.

  Emergency advice and fix of a blocked toilet.

  James, was really helpful when I contacted him yesterday evening about a badly blocked toilet. He gave advice on a few things to try myself before booking him to attend, given it was out of his regular hours. He then found time to give emergency assistance and quickly fixed the problem. He has a friendly professional approach and even took time to advise on some plumbing kit I could purchase online to help me fix similar issues and save myself paying to have a plumber attend ahain. James is a real gentleman.
