  We had a new ensuite done by James x it involved completely changing where all the units went and adding items x he helped us work out how everything would fit in and what would work well for the space we had x James made sure we were happy with each process and talked us through everything x we couldn't be more pleased with the finished result x the ensuite was for my teenage son and James showed him how everything worked and wanted to make sure he was happy x I thought this was such a nice touch x I can highly recommend his services x 100% genuine person x

  Got a call from James once I log a job on checkatrade as having a issue with no hot water in shower. He schedule the time for the next day. Arrived on time, quoted the price, labour price was given on good deal. Finished the job quickly and promptly. Looking forward to work with him again in future.

  I have used James twice recently (on recommendation from my son). He is very reliable, advises on what is the best way to go ahead and gives a quote before proceeding with the job in hand. He is very prompt in contacting you and keeps in touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Sink blockages and leaking pipes

  We had a blocked sink and leaking pipes and had tried all the standard things plunger, snake pipe etc. James checked in to advise when he would arrive and was spot on time. He quickly and efficiently resolved the leaking pipes and then remedied the issue with the blockage. He was very professional and importantly explained what the issues were and how they were resolved . All in all very happy with his work

  Honest, reliable, a decent chap

  James is always prompt. He is very personable. With the minimum of fuss, he diagnoses the problem and will fix it there and then where possible. I trust his judgement. He even attended, at our request, an emergency at our neighbors while they were on holiday and saved them a lot of distress. Basically, he is an honest fellow and that is so important when dealing with tradespeople who often get a bad rap.
