  JCM Plumbing was recommended to me via a neighbour. I found James to be very honest, polite, knowledgeable and skilled. James advised me on options to resolve the issue rather than replacing the complete shower unit. He supported me through the process of securing a part in an aim to fix the existing unit which was a challenge as we had no make or model number just the physical cartridge part. His advice paid off and we secured a part which fitted and resolved the issue. James saved me a substantial amount of a money as we fixed the existing unit so very grateful.

  En-suite Install

  I’ve used James before for both odd jobs and a bathroom refit, so it was a no brainier to use him for my en-suite. He communicated well, works to a high standard, is able to advise adjustments and changes where needed to suit both space, budget as well as overall finish. Would recommend.

  Bathroom sink tap replacement

  James has been brilliant as usual. He responded so quickly when I contacted him about a leaky tap in the bathroom sink. As usual he was clean, tidy and did an excellent job. He always gives the best advice and is honest and super reliable. He is my go to plumber - thank you James.
