  Removal of multiple internal walls, install of bifolds, and install of new kitchen

  This is the second house Justin has done significant works on for us after a renovation in our previous home a few years back. This ended up being a bigger job than anticipated due to issues which were uncovered during the project (old house) which Justin communicated clearly and was proactive in finding solutions. Very happy with the end product and team always tidied up at the end of each day. Justin and team were also very flexible working around our family needs as well when needed.   Reliable, nice team - good work!

  Justin and his team carried out a structural alteration to the back of our house to allow for new doors to be fitted. They did a great job, completing what was asked and letting us know about an unexpected problem they found which would result in more work being needed. The work looks great and was completed pretty much on schedule. Thank you!

  Small extension/ shower room

  The project was completed well before the estimated finish date and came in exactly on budget. We are very pleased with our new shower room and appreciated the advice and suggestions given by Justin and his colleagues. All of Justin's teams were courteous and diligent and most of them were conscientious about tidying up at the end of the day. As with any building project there were problems along the way, most of which were solved in a timely and satisfactory fashion, but you do need to be proactive about communication and checking details. We would recommend JCM Installations.

  Removed existing fencing plus made a custom made gate to open up my driveway to be used again.

  Justin and his team were great. They understood and listened to me about my request to open my drive way but still mauntain privacy and security. I highly recommend them and also in the future if I have any building work again, I'm calling them again. Happy Customer!!!

  Stairs and first floor landing

  Justin and his team did an excellent job renovating my stairs. The previous stairs were built incorrectly and were dangerous for the kids. The landing on the first floor was also unstable. However, within three days, Justin and his team fixed everything. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. After finishing the work, they cleaned the area, and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Justin and his team for any renovation/building work.

  Single Storey House Extension

  Very happy with the work completed so far. Justin gives good advice as work progresses. All his team get on with their work with minimal supervision and to a good standard. Extension progressing at good rate. Would highly recommend this firm.
