  I am questioning whether his five-star reviews are genuine. He attended the property while I was not present and charged a higher-than-expected fee, which I accepted based on his reputation. His assessment caused unnecessary concern about the condition of the property. I later sought opinions from two independent professionals, both of whom confirmed that the concerns raised were unfounded and that only a minor issue needed addressing.

  Replacing consumer unit and performing full EICR test

  John was super friendly, and honest about the electrical conditions. He performed the work quickly and professionally and identified which issues were serious, and which were optional. Will definitely use John again for future electrical works.

  EICR and fuse box fitting

  I had JCM electrical carry out an EICR, during the inspection he identified that the fuse box need replacing and that 2 smoke detectors were out of date. All work was carried out in a timely manner and the work was to an amazing standard. I was advised on what needed to be done and all quotes were more than competitive. An absolute pleasure to deal with, I wish more companies treat their customers in the same way. 5 stars

  new fuse box installation and EICR

  I was incredibly impressed with John's work. From the initial quote to the job's completion, his communication was excellent. He supplied and fitted a new consumer unit and performed an EICR with great efficiency and to the highest standard. His prompt and professional service was crucial in getting my house ready for tenants on schedule.   New Pendant Light Fittings.
