    Replacing a defective shower screen.

    The job entailed replacing a shower screen which was going rusty, becoming difficult to open and close, and was in danger of coming away from the wall fittings. The screen was fast approaching the end of its guarantee. After spending the first day trying to repair the screen, and lack of any replacement parts, a new screen was provided. This was fitted the next day, along with new side bath panels. The work was done in a most professional way, I was kept well informed throughout, and the area was left clean and tidy on completion with all rubbish removed. I would highly recommend this company.

    General Renovation & Cabinetry

    Kitchen fitting

    Overall, the experience was disappointing one. The job rolled on for four weeks (due to be 1-2 weeks); there was a lack of attention to detail (sink not flush, end panels different lengths, gaps, wonky plinths, damage to doors and more); push to pay invoices before total job was complete. When I presented a snagging list of issues after completion after seeking advice, he insisted me sharing who I spoke to so he could go to their home to speak to them and got quite irate when I refused. All in all, a disappointing experience.
