John and his team were fantastic. Excellent communication, did a great job in clearing a house that had been lived in for 50 years and on time and did a really tidy job. To complicate things John then had to wait for delayed payment due to probate.. No pressure from John on this matter which was a relief

John and the team did a brilliant job in clearing a huge amount of belongings, from several old beds and sofas to hundreds of ornaments and everything in between. I have used JC House Clearance a number of times. Firstly to clear my Dad's house and since then to clear various items of rubbish from our business premises. They have been great to deal with, always courteous, always on time and always do exactly what they say they will.

At my request due to limited access and parking, they came out to the flat and asked questions about what they could do to help - such as removing all the carpets but leaving the curtains to keep a "lived in" appearance. They made a verbal quotation which I accepted. Within a few days they started a full house clearance including the attic, all rooms including carpets, garden shed and garage. They took only two days to clear everything, sweeping out all rooms and even the garage. They e-mailed the invoice which was as discussed. Hard working and friendly, will recommend them to anyone. Great.
