  We are very happy with Julian Chapman's work, and have had various other work carried by him and his team. We are always given an arrival time, and find them punctual, friendly and hard working. He always updates us, as to how the work is going, as it progresses. We have every confidence that the work will be well carried out.

  This company arrived very well organised and progressed at a good rate and to a very acceptable standard. The staff were friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. A set of garden steps were built due to varying ground levels, with handrails which look great and match others in the garden. All fences, large decking and steps/handrails were hand painted treated - two coats. To conclude, the entire project was completed in good time and matched the outline programme provided. All works were fully completed to good and very acceptable standards. The site was left clean and tidy.

  Fitted several grab rails, built a concrete slope with hand rails in garden

  We needed some alterations done to assist my aged parent’s mobility around the house and garden, Julian was very easy and pleasant to deal with, a quick quote and turnaround, work undertaken to a high standard. Highly recommended.

  Guttering, fascia and soffit replaced

  Julian has done a few jobs for me now and as always he did an excellent job with the guttering. Arrived on time, respectful to neighbours, knowledgable and hard working. Price was reasonable and work completed to a very high standard. Would recommend.

  Boarding, door hanging and lighting of cupboard under the stairs
