  Dishwasher leakage

  Our downstairs neighbour reported water leakage - we found quickly the source was our dishwasher, and contacted James who responded immediately. He was very busy,(this was Saturday mid-morning) but assured us he would keep in touch and fit us into his schedule as soon as possible. This he did mid afternoon, before continuing to his next call in Kilmarnock. This is the second time we have called on James for help. He is efficient, cheerful, reasonable, and RELIABLE!!!, and we are happy to strongly recommend him.

  Answered the phone straight away and was a fantastic communicator through. Kept me up to date with parts order and timescale for repair. Repair was carried out in good time and everything working well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Installed new hob, took old one out and fixed a child’s fireguard to wall.

  Quickly knew what the problem was, quickly fixed it and advised what i could do if it happened again. Was happy to answer all questions i had and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
